ISS has an exciting collaboration with a customer in the automotive industry that has multiple sites in Sweden. We are now looking for an Electrician for our operations and maintenance assignment with the customer in Tuve. About the role

We take responsibility for providing you with the best conditions and support you need to succeed with our customer. You will become part of a motivated team. In the role of Electrician, you will, together with your colleagues, work with the daily operations of our services. The tasks include planning and performing maintenance, repairs, assembly, and installations within properties in both office and industrial environments.

You will make decisions regarding and perform supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance of the customer's electrical installations within the framework of our commitment. The tasks also involve troubleshooting and analyzing problems within electrical systems and identifying deficiencies in the labeling of technical systems. You are responsible for ensuring that the property's electrical system meets applicable functional requirements and contributes to increased customer satisfaction. We see it as natural that you continuously work on improvements and some documentation, as well as participate in and carry out various projects towards the customer.

This is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Shifts and on-call duty may be included in the position.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with an electrical engineering education and at least 5 years of experience working as an Electrician. You need to have very good theoretical and practical knowledge of technical installations in properties, preferably industrial properties, as well as knowledge of electrical documentation. We also see that you have documented training and/or experience in control and regulation technology. We prefer that you have certificates for Hot Work and Lifts. You have ECY and B-cards, and ESA is an advantage.

We believe you are a person who takes great responsibility for your work and that you are driven to perform the various tasks in a professional manner with high quality. Furthermore, you are meticulous and methodical in your execution. You also have a good understanding of the impact that technical systems have on operations and have the ability to analyze and explain connections. You can prioritize and dare to make your own decisions in critical situations. You have excellent communication skills that you adapt to the situation and individual. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have basic IT skills - e.g., Microsoft Office and case management systems.
